I placed an order on line and the product was in stock. I print out the order confirmation. I am supposed to get an email in 3 hours, so I forward my email to his Blackberry. Nothing arrives. I get to the store and pass my order confirmation to the "customer service clerk" and she tells me there is no such order, it's been cancelled and hands me back the paper. BestBuy.ca and Best Buy are two different stores she tells me. Did you know that?
Best Buy Sucks.
We walked to the section ourselves, found something on the shelves that was $200 cheaper and carried it to the cash without any sales assistance.
The cashier had ZERO customer service skills and kept us waiting a long time because she needed clearance for an item - why I don't know, we picked up off the shelves. Are we not allowed to buy from the store?
Later the same day, I went into another store (don't ask why) and was shocked at how friendly the staff was. What a difference, I thought. Maybe it's just one store, I asked. There is hope, I think. . And then I found out that all the friendlies work in the cellular section only. They were just being nice because they get commissions there.
Best Buy sucks.
