that by the time you've decided to leave your job and move on, you're so spent at the end of each day that it's hard to put in the time for job search/research ?

For your consideration: If it is your dream, your passion, YOUR goal it is ENERGIZING. It is something you look FORWARD to doing.
Maybe, just maybe, it isn't YOUR goal? 'Cause if it is I know you to be a super duper problem solver so you'll ask the questions to break the job research into manageable bits.
