Some completed projects

So here's my first completed project on the Knifty Knitter loom which I received as a Christmas Present - a hat. I made the pattern up as I went along. I see it's a bit long, good thing I can just roll up the rim!

I also completed this Crochet Christmas Coffee Cozy(here's the pattern). I used yarn in my stash, so instead of red and white, it's actually red and cream and the green I used is brighter than the pattern, but when it's all together it works, doesn't it?

Well thank you, it's not my pattern though, I've edited my post to include the link.

I'm getting lots of ideas for little things for next year. I really like the coffee cozy (thanks for adding the link). I used to have one of those styrofoam heads, but Xena got ahold of it last summer and chewed it's face off! I wish I had it now for showing off things I've made. It's easy to make the hat too long with the Knifty Knitter, isn't it? It just never looks long enough while on the loom, so now I measure it to be safe. One day I want to try socks (I have a pattern somewhere). And I agree about the instructions that come with it. Thank goodness for the internet.

Happy New Year!

Hi Jo-Anne! Yes, if I didn't have the internet I probably wouldn't have tried anything but a scarf on the Knifty Knitter! You can get those heads a Value Village around Halloween, remind me next September/October and I'll send you one!

Hope you have a safe and Happy New Year!
