That, my friends is a speeding ticket.
Yup, that's what I said.
A speeding ticket. I was walking my dog yesterday afternoon when a 5 year old boy dressed like a California Highway Patrol trooper handed me this "ticket", he told me it was a $2,000 fine. I asked if he'd take a cheque and he said "yes, make it payable to The Law or you can pay on credit" and then rode his bike away looking for other violators!
Whew! I guess I got away lucky.
And now, be warned! They're out there. Even walking a 12 year old dog, you're just not safe from the eyes of the law.

I believe you may be able to get away with not paying this ticket. I don't see the officer's signature on it. I'll check with my sister if you'd like, though.

Wow, tough neighbourhood. That kid sounds like a real hardass. I wouldn't mess with him. You better pay.
