Okay this kind of blows my mind - yesterday was "the birthday of the Boll Weevil Monument? In1919, the people of Enterprise, Alabama, dedicated the world's largest monument to an insect. The monument consists of a statue of a lady wearing a flowing white gown, arms stretched above her head to display a big black boll weevil. Triviafans: the lady originally held a fountain, not a bug! I was going to suggest that the full moon had something to do with all this muddling but then I remembered a couple people saying it's been going on for a couple of months. So I'm still waiting to hear a theory. In the mean time, this is a nice wish don't you think? 
And I'm sorry to report that Bettie Page passed away yesterday. Thank you for so many things sweet lady, we're missing you.
