Finished Embroidery #1 - Tea Towel Tour 4

Here is my first tea towel embroidery as part of the Tea Towel Tour 4 on Craftser:

It's 7" tall and 5" wide, embroidered with lots of French knots, stem stitch, backstitch and split stitch. I also tried out some variegated floss which in this example isn't really that noticeable.

Just one of the things I'm working on when I'm not writing short plays (hee hee). I'm also knitting a pair of Jaywalker socks.

I definitely have lots of things to do inside the house now that it's getting colder and it's raining. This afternoon, I'd like to take the dog for a walk but it's raining really hard right now, and even she doesn't have any desire to go outside. Welcome to fall. Time to get acquainted to my indoor self!

OH CUTE! I love that little deer. And the leaves are nicely done as well.
