- had drinks with a friend

- broke an antique plate

I broke a plate the other day. Not an antique, but a favourite.
So..... what made Jazz sick?
Oh sorry - it was a drug reaction between a pill I had given her for arthritis pain and the Prednisone - unfortunately they couldn't find it in her body. She stopped the arthritis pill and started Prednisone again (she had been off it for 2 weeks) and that's helped her to feel much better. The Prednisone is also a pain killer.
Sorry to hear about your plate, I really liked this one too.
And thanks for asking about Jazzie.
glad you solved that mystery about Jazz. haven't tried the 6:30 am shop - who's open at that hour? but do love it when the store isn't busy and you can actually get around. happy sunday night to you! are you watching the grammy's tonight?
Save-on foods is open from 6am to midnight and I think Safeway is as well- especially since they added Starbucks to their stores. Before Christmas Superstore was open at 6am but I'm not sure if they continued that.
No I did not watch the Grammy's - kinda forgot about them, dang!
When I lived in Vancouver I used to love shopping in the wee early hours too. Since we moved up north we still can't get used to there being no line-ups at any time...ever (except once in Costco in PG just before Christmas. It was crazy then). Home Depot is especially a treat. There's always TONS of parking and not a trillion-million people cramming the aisles and checkouts. We are getting spoiled. It would be hard to ever go back.
I'm so glad Jazz is better. I'll bet she is too.
Oh I want to see Coraline! Glad to hear you loved it :) Also glad to here you figured out what was making Jazz sick - I worry over my pup alot when she's not herself. As for the icestorm - yeah I'm so thankful that's overwith... now for cleanup :)
Shopping @ 6:30am... will def try that! Went shopping yesterday afternoon around 4:30 and took me FOREVER and a day to get done - and I had a list! LOL
Sounds like a productive weekend. I'm afraid I am pretty much always asleep at 6:30 am.
I'm glad Jazz is feeling better!
Thanks all.
Much appreciated.
You packed a bunch of stuff in this weekend. And that is great news about Jazz! Except now she's up begging for her breakfast. Darnit!
