Weird Dreams

I've had some really strong, weird dreams the past couple of nights. On Sunday I dreamt about going on a trip, strapping in my seat which looked like a plane but turned into a bus. Suddenly the bus veered off the road and was driving down a grassy area, I was afraid we were  going too fast and we would drive over someone(we were in a park like setting) then the driver pointed the bus straight to the shore and we plunged into the water - turning into a boat and a away we went now propelling through the water.

Last night I dreamt that I was sick and was resting at an old bosses' house (believe me, I would never spend a second with that man in reality). I was having a nice chat and conversation with him as I waited for Jp to come pick me up. He arrived with a girl and he let me talk about all the things that were going on with me. The girl went off and reunited with her boyfriend who was at the same place I was. As Jp and I walked to the car, I noticed some tired in the back seat of the driver's side and I cracked some joke about it. But as I walked around the car to my side, the car was all smashed up and then I was completely baffled about what had happened and why he had acted like nothing had happened. The dream was so disturbing that I woke  up and couldn't sleep so I just got up.

These dreams are so mixed up and nonsensical I can't make any sense out of why they come into my head. I've looked at those online dream dictionaries but nothing seems to fit.

What do you do when you have really weird dreams?

I often dream but rarely remember what they are about.
I can actually remember dreaming, but when I wake up that slip away like fog breath on a cool morning.

I don't remember many of my dreams but sometimes I wake up and give my head a shake when I do remember them.

I think dreams are mostly your brain processing and encoding your experiences. Good or bad I try not to dwell on them. Real life is scary enough.
