I will be keeping my eyes open now for other needle felting projects, so stay "tuned".

Just when I was back in the groove of walking Jazz in the morning before work, that dang Daylight Savings Time this weekend made it dark in the morning again. Now the sun isn't coming up until 7:20 but I start work at 7:00, so I have to go back to walking her after work. I found that we had a better walk in the morning because the streets are quieter, and I was more energetic during the day because of that morning excercise.
No wonder I'm tired and lethargic today: it's Monday, it's raining, I didn't get my early morning walk, and my sleep pattern was interrupted because of the time change. blahh.
Perhaps I should go do some Jumping Jacks to wake my body up!
Did you have any troubles adjusting this weekend?

Your little chickadee is absolutely adorable! (and I think his head looks just right!)
love it!! you did such a great job! I see many more needlefelted birds in your future :)))
I sure am having trouble adjusting for some reason- it's so hard to get up at the usual time...argh! i just had a client call me too- I better work on that...
The chickadee is perfect. They kinda do have big heads in real life.
Ah, the time change. It's a killer for me. Gets harder every year. When I was working I would always book the Monday off so that I had an extra day to adjust. Yesterday we drove all the way from Endako to Vancouver (took us 13 hours) and I'd only had about 4 hours sleep the night before. I'm WIPED....and I wasn't even doing the driving! And I know what you mean about how much better it feels to do the excercise in the morning. Sets the day.
Thanks for the great feedback - much appreciated. Jo-Ann, that's a great idea, booking off the day after daylight savings. Wow! 13 hours is a long drive - but you made really good time, especially when the road conditions can be tough this time of year. Did you get to nap during the drive down?
And yes, I really do a whole lot better with morning exercise - as well, I am more likely to do it!
Hope your drive back goes (went?) well too!
