Yesterday Cynthia and I went to the fabric store for some summer projects. As we were leaving the store, an employee pointed out that I was losing a zipper - there was a big tear in the bag and a zipper was hanging out. But I should have trusted my instincts to check the contents of the bag right then and there, because it wasn't until I was home and showing JP what I had bought that I discovered I was missing a zipper for another project. It wasn't on my bill so the cashier must have lost it during the order process. Dang! Now I have to go back before I can finish that project.
Why don't I listen to my instincts?

oh crap!! that sucks! what colour/length do you need? i have a zillion zippers so might have one you could use....
i swear those gals at the fabric store are a little loopy, when i renewed my membership it took 4 tries of spelling out my street name & they still got it extremely wrong.
